Support the Support

Everyone of us has to deal with problems. Some people call them "challenges", but we all know they are problems.

You can irritated, frustrated, angry or resentful when faced with a problem.  But if you are on the support side - customer service side - that doesn't do anything for your customer.

We actually can grow and become a better person when we work through problems with a helpful attitude and with a desire to serve the customer.  Hey, if they come to your site with an interest in your service don't blow it with poor customer support!

Ken over at SiteSell addressed this rather well with his blog entry OVERdeliver Customer Delight.  His company works hard at satisfying his customers and his growth over the years is evidence that he has a great product and service.  Site Build It! really works and his ideas for how to have a successful Internet presence are "down-to-earth" while still incorporating some cutting edge technology.
